The Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform Ministry (KemenPAN-RB) has initiated to house one million civil servants (PNS) in Indonesia who are not competent.

Responding on this matter, Jakarta Vice Governor, Djarot Saiful Hidayat assessed Jakarta Provincial Government has imposed such policy.
"We have downsized the employees who are not competent. We do evaluation deeply," he stated, Thursday (6/2).
Djarot Doesn't Worry About Assessement of KemenPAN-RBEven, the allowance cut has also been imposed. This policy makes many employees to opt for early retirement due to low salary.
"Initially, they get high salary per month, but because not competent and allowance revocation, they finally take early retirement. They do not put up with a small salary," he told.
Previously, KemenPAN-RB would house one million civil servants. But it is still waiting the government regulation as a derivative of the Law on Civil State Apparatus (ASN).
